Configured to how your unit already works

TPN2.0 ships with sensible defaults, then we tailor it to your products, your policies, and your preferences. Quickly, and validated with your team.

Your workflow stays your workflow

TPN2.0 autofills the TPN order form you already use, with no manual transcription needed. In Epic, that means no new eRx and no new order type: the recommendation lands in your existing form for the prescriber to review and sign. Everything downstream is untouched too, whether your pharmacy compounds in-house or sends orders to an external compounder like CAPS.

Every NICU, PICU, and pharmacy is a little different

Formularies, salt preferences, guidelines, and compatibility rules vary from one institution to the next. TPN2.0 is built to bend to yours, without a custom rebuild.

We treat customization as configuration, not engineering. You share how your unit works today, we set TPN2.0 to match, and your clinical and pharmacy teams sign off before anything goes live.

And it does not stop at go-live. As your formulary changes, your guidelines are revised, or your prescribers' preferences evolve, we keep tailoring TPN2.0 with you, throughout your journey, at no extra charge.

Some of the things we configure to your institution

Your enteral feeds

We integrate feeds from wherever your unit charts them, Diet Orders, the MAR, or elsewhere, and load your infant formula list, so TPN2.0 accounts for what the baby already receives by mouth or tube and doses the parenteral nutrition to fill only the remaining gap.

Salt priority and routing

Every pharmacy has an order it prefers for delivering electrolytes. We set your salt priority so TPN2.0 routes phosphate, acetate, and chloride the way you already practice.

e.g. sodium phosphate before potassium phosphate

Real-time data through Epic

If your team charts in flowsheets rather than orders (MAR), we integrate with Epic flowsheets so the latest labs and vitals flow into TPN2.0 as they are charted.

Your institutional guidelines

Nutrient policies, calorie and fluid goals, and soft and hard dose limits are yours to define. We encode your guidelines so every recommendation stays inside the bounds your committees have set.

Your IV compatibility list

Compatibility rules differ by unit and by line. We load your IV compatibility list so TPN2.0 respects which components and co-infusions are allowed at your site.

Your order units

TPN2.0 adapts to how your prescribers write orders, whether by dose per kilogram per day or by final concentration in the bag, so recommendations always appear in the units your team expects.
