Forbes features TPN2.0 as the case for purpose-built clinical AI

Forbes featured Takeoff41 as its leading example of purpose-built AI in high-stakes work. The piece opens in Stanford's NICU, where the first premature infants are receiving IV nutrition planned by AI, guided by TPN2.0, a model built for exactly this kind of patient care.

The article walks through the evidence behind that deployment: a model trained on more than 140,000 nutrition orders across 9,000+ patients at two hospitals, and blinded evaluations in which physicians rated its recommendations above current standard practice.
