Takeoff41 launches with $4.3M to bring AI to neonatal care in hospitals

Takeoff41 raised $4.3M in combined funding to build and deploy TPN2.0, its clinical decision support platform for neonatal parenteral nutrition. The round was co-led by Basis Set Ventures, an early-stage AI venture fund, and Focal, which focuses on health and frontier tech, alongside an NIH SBIR Fast Track grant.

The funding supports bringing TPN2.0 into hospitals: integrating with EHRs, expanding the clinical team, and advancing the feasibility work already underway at Stanford's NICU.
